Van’s Dumante Fizz

Ingredients:

  1. 1-1/2 ounce 10 Cane rum
  2. 3/4 ounce Dumante
  3. 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  4. 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  5. 1 egg white

Method:

Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigourously. Then strain into a collins glass.
