The Jamaican Manhattan

Ingredients:

  1. 2 oz. Appleton Reserva Rum
  2. ¾ oz. Dumante Pistachio Liqueur
  3. 5 goodly dashes Regan’s orange Bitters

Method: Stir all ingredients in iced shaker. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
