Molten Pistachio Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. semi sweet chocolate
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 ? T Dumante Liqueur
- ½ t vanilla
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- ¼ +2T all purpose flour
- Pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400
- Grease eight 6ounce custard cups
- In sauce pan, add butter, chocolate and cream, heat over low flame, stirring occasionally.
- When melted and smooth, remove from stove. Whisk in sugar, vanilla and Liqueur. Whisk in eggs, then gently fold in remaining ingredients, just until smooth.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until sides have set and center still jiggles.
