At a recent tasting one of our associates was asked, “What is the best way to use Dumante for celebrations?” The Dumante rep had the perfect drink to suggest: The Dumante Kir. A mixture of smooth & nutty pistachio liqueur is perfectly paired with bubbly and exciting champagne for a celebration like no other.
- 1 part Dumante Verdenoce
- 1 part Champagne
- Orange peel spiral
In a champagne glass mix the Dumante Verdenoce and the champagne. Using a parer or vegetable peeler, cut away at the orange skin in a circular motion. Be careful to stay near the surface of the orange peel so you don’t include the bitter pith.
