A summer favorite that perfectly compliments a relaxing day on the beach.
- 1 ½ oz. Dumante Pistachio Liqueur
- ¼ oz. Cointreau
- 2 oz. fresh orange juice
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- Juice of 1 lime
- Dash of angostura bitters
- Club soda
Method: Shake all ingredients but the club soda in an iced cocktail shaker. Strain into Collins glass and top with the club soda. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry.
